Seascape Village is a condominium housing development that was built back in 1976 consisting of 301 total units. These roomy garden homes have four different floor plans ranging in square footage. These homes have either two bedrooms or three bedrooms with two baths and an attached two car garage. Amenities include three pools, spa, club house and two tennis courts. Close to beach, golf, freeway and shopping located on the ocean side of the 5 freeway in beautiful San Clemente, California. Seascape Village is well known for its superb location being only 1 mile to the beach. It is closest to Poche Beach on the Pacific Ocean. It is 2 miles to Doheny State Beach and less than 1 mile from the interstate 5 Freeway.
