CLUBHOUSE:
We have a 45 person capacity non-smoking Clubhouse located in the heart of Seascape Village at the corner of Camino Alondra & Paseo Halcon that is available for rental to all residents of Seascape Village. SWIMMING POOL:
We have three pools at Seascape Village for the residents enjoyment. There is a pool for each Loop: Halcon, Flamenco, and Gallita. There is a spa at the main pool on Halcon.

TENNIS:
We have two tennis courts located in the heart of Seascape Village at the corner of Camino Alondra & Paseo Halcon that is open to all residents of Seascape Village.Tennis Anyone? Tennis players wanted. Beginning/intermediate players welcome.
